Can I make up my own baby hamper?
Of course, our hampers can be made up to your own specifications, as long as the items chosen are in stock. Just send an email to email@example.com with your request.
Can I add a message to my gift?
Yes, we encourage you to add a gift message as you want to make sure the recipients know who is the sender. Just add a message in the text box in the product description. In case you forget, just send us an email to : firstname.lastname@example.org and will add it for you, unless the item has been despatched already.
Why don’t you have a telephone number?
We are a small family run business and we are busy making sure your parcels go out on time. Unfortunately we used to receive a lot of cold calls that made us waste too much precious time. We guarantee we aim to answer to emails within two hours, so rest assured you won’t be ignored! Send us a note using our contact form.
Do you add invoices to the parcel?
!f the recipients are different from the person who ordered the item, we never add an invoice that shows the monetary value of the item. We might add a packing note, which will never show the value, so rest assured, your gift will not come with a price tag!
Can I cancel or alter my order?
Absolutely, as long the item has not been despatched yet. Please send an email to email@example.com and will make sure to accommodate your request if not too late.
How do I track my order?
If you have chosen our courier option, you will receive an email with a link to your order, once the item has been despatched. For other shipping methods, please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org with your query.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes you can. Please send us an email to: email@example.com with the email address, the amount and the message you would like to add to the gift voucher, and we will email an e-voucher to the recipient’s email address. You will be sent a Paypal invoice for the amount required. Our vouchers don’t come with an expiry date.
